I blend neuroscience, somatic experiencing, breathwork and parts work to help clients not just understand their patterns but transform them. Rather than traditional talk therapy, I focus on meeting the present moment in order to help clients feel safe in their bodies, work with protective parts, and reclaim the life they desire.

It’s a holistic journey from recognising what’s stuck, rewiring patterns through both mind and body, and reclaiming a deeply alive, empowered way of being.

Premium 1:1 Mentorship

Deep nervous system healing. Embodied self-trust. Lasting change.

ALIVE is my signature 1:1 somatic mentorship for women who are high-functioning on the outside but disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck beneath the surface.

We work at the level where patterns are actually held - the nervous system, the body, and the unconscious parts driving your behaviours. Through somatic work, parts (IFS-informed) integration, and nervous system regulation, we gently bring safety to what’s been avoided, suppressed, or carried for years.

This work supports:

Corporate Workshops

Confidence that isn’t forced. Presence that’s felt. Leadership that lands.

These workshops are designed for leaders, teams, coaches, and organisations who want more than performance strategies - they want embodied confidence, emotional intelligence, and real presence.

Rather than teaching people to “push through” fear, I guide participants to work with their nervous system in real time. When the body feels safe, communication sharpens, confidence stabilises, and leadership becomes authentic rather than performative.

Workshops focus on:

- nervous system regulation under pressure

- embodied confidence for speaking, leadership, and visibility

- co-regulation, emotional intelligence, and team safety

- presence on camera, on stage, and in decision-making

These sessions are practical, experiential, and grounded in neuroscience - without jargon. Participants leave with tools they can use immediately in work and life.

Breathwork

A direct pathway into the body where change actually happens.

Breathwork is one of the fastest ways to access the nervous system, release stored emotion, and reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence.

Breathwork sessions are trauma-informed and grounded in safety, not catharsis for the sake of it.

We work with breath as a regulatory and integrative tool - helping the body complete stress responses, soften protective patterns, and restore capacity.

Breathwork supports:

- emotional release and nervous system reset

- clarity, grounding, and embodiment

- stress, anxiety, and burnout recovery

- deeper connection to self, intuition, and presence

Sessions can be experienced as stand-alone experience or as a complement to deeper mentorship and workshops.

Events & Facilitations

Experiential, somatic-led sessions for retreats, communities, and collaborations.

This offering is for events, retreats, studios, coaches, and facilitators who want to bring depth, presence, and nervous system–informed work into shared spaces.

These sessions focus on embodied presence - meeting what’s alive in the body, working with sensation rather than avoiding it, and gently building capacity for expression, regulation, and connection.

Facilitations may include:
